"Order was mostly right"
My ribbon order showed up quickly, which was nice, but one of the rolls was the wrong shade from what I chose. The rest was fine and still usable, so it wasn’t a huge disaster, but it’s annoying when you’re waiting on supplies and then have to deal with something being off. I just wish they’d take a minute to double-check the colors before shipping.

"Prices are alright, I guess"
The prices are okay, not terrible or anything, but I did kind of find myself thinking they could be a little cheaper. Like, it’s not a dealbreaker, but yeah, I wouldn’t complain if they dropped them a bit.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t have super high expectations because ribbon colors can be all over the place online. But the ones I ordered from Ribbon Warehouse were actually really close to the pictures. The navy and dusty rose were pretty much exactly what I needed.
I was ready to deal with returns or at least some guessing, but I didn’t have to, which made the whole project a lot easier. Kind of annoying to admit, but I was genuinely impressed with how accurate the colors were...

I measured my rolls and the cuts ended up being spot on, which was a relief. I was kind of expecting to have to adjust something, since that’s usually how these things go, but nope, everything lined up fine. No issues at all

"Packaging Could’ve Been Better, Honestly"
The ribbon itself showed up fine, so that’s good, I guess. The box was a little crushed and the tape was already loose, which isn’t exactly what you love to see when something gets delivered. Nothing was completely ruined, but it probably wouldn’t hurt to put a little more effort into the packaging next time.

"Really happy with how it turned out"
I’m really pleased with my order. The ribbon showed up faster than I expected, and the colors looked just like I was hoping they would. From the way everything was presented, I figured it would be decent quality, and it definitely was. The price felt fair too, so I’d happily order again.

"Photos actually matched the ribbon"
I ordered a few rolls from Ribbon Warehouse, i was just hoping the colors online were close enough.
When they showed up, they were pretty much exactly like the photos. The shade, the shine, even the texture looked the same, which doesn’t always happen with ribbon.
It made my project way easier. I’d definitely order again, just because now I know the pictures are actually reliable

Satin and grosgrain were easy to find, which was helpful, but a few other materials I was looking for were either limited or didn’t come in the colors I needed. I liked how easy it was to choose the size, color, and wording for the ribbon. I kept going back and forth a little, because there were a few good choices, but it turned out just how I pictured it. Really happy with it.

I ordered a big batch and, i wasn’t expecting much given the prices, but everything showed up fine. The pricing was really fair for the amount I got, and nothing was damaged or missing, which was a nice surprise.

"Finally, a store that actually had the ribbon I needed"
I needed a few ribbon colors at the last minute, and of course every other site I checked was sold out because apparently ribbon becomes impossible to find the second you actually need it. But this place actually had the colors in stock, which was a nice surprise. Ordering was simple, everything went through without some weird checkout drama, and I got exactly what I needed. that should not feel like a win, but here we are.

"Custom ribbon turned out really nice"
I ordered some personalized ribbon for gift boxes, it came out better than I expected. I was mostly worried the spacing would look weird or the colors would be a little off, because that’s usually the kind of thing I notice after it’s too late, but the print was clean and everything looked balanced. The colors were also really close to what I had in mind. Small detail, but it made the boxes feel way more put together. I’d definitely order from them again for small events or gifts.
